Our design process consists of five phases, each structured to guide your product from concept to realization. By following our ISO 9001 & 13485–certified methodology, we ensure consistent quality and clear deliverables across every project, regardless of its complexity or scope. If you are not yet familiar with a design and development process, we recommend reviewing the Mango design process page first. It provides a clear, high-level overview of all phases. If you are starting a project from scratch, we recommend beginning with phases 1 and 2. Two-day ideation sprint in which you work alongside our team. Together, we define the challenge and its context, explore ideas and generate and evaluate strong solution directions. Based on these insights, our designers create powerful visuals that can be directly used as a foundation for further development and to explain and convince investors, launching customers and other decision-makers.
