A Decade of Designing Sustainable Heat

For nearly ten years, ManGo Product Design has been a development partner to DeWarmte, supporting the design and engineering of their growing product portfolio. From the award-winning Pomp AO and the scalable Pomp MP to DeWarmte’s heat pump boiler, our collaboration has focused on one clear ambition: making gas-free living not only efficient, but genuinely desirable. Together, we’ve helped translate DeWarmte’s technical vision into products that perform reliably, scale well in production and feel at home in modern living spaces.

Engineered to Perform, Designed to Be Seen

Heat pumps and boilers are traditionally designed to be hidden away. DeWarmte challenged that assumption and ManGo helped turn it around. Across multiple products, we worked closely with DeWarmte’s engineering team to develop a consistent design language that balances performance, acoustics and aesthetics. Recognizable elements such as soft wave patterns, carefully chosen materials and calm proportions give the Pomp AO, Pomp MP and boiler a shared identity. The result is a system that no longer needs to be concealed in a utility room, but can confidently be part of the home.

Smart Engineering, Quietly Solved

Behind the clean exterior of DeWarmte’s products sits serious engineering. Each system posed its own challenges, from airflow and noise reduction to thermal efficiency and manufacturability . For the boiler, ManGo developed a construction using an aluminum ribbed core enclosed by rotomolded parts, combining structural strength, acoustic damping and thermal performance. For the Pomp AO and Pomp MP, design and engineering choices ensured scalability, serviceability and visual coherence across different capacities. Every solution was developed with future expansion in mind, allowing the product family to grow without redesigning from scratch.

A Stylish Step Toward a Gas Free Future

From first sketch to production in only eight months, the Pomp T demonstrates how design and technology can accelerate the energy transition. DeWarmte and ManGo turned a technical product into a statement of modern sustainability. The Pomp T not only provides comfort and efficiency but also fits proudly in any living space. Together with the Pomp AO, it offers homeowners a reliable, elegant, and environmentally friendly alternative to gas heating. This project proves that sustainable choices can be both smart and stylish.

We brought ManGo a challenging project with a tight timeline. It took some pressure to meet all the deadlines, but the result was outstanding. After the design phase, ManGo also supported us in winning international design awards. We’re very satisfied with the collaboration and will definitely work with ManGo again on our next design project.
